Missing Person: Marlon Devine Santos, Male, Native Place: MassachusettsWorcester, Date of Birth: 06/05/1998, Marlon Santos disappeared from his Worcester foster home in 1998. He had been placed in the home in August 1998.The foster mother didn't report the baby missing for two days. Investigators were told that the foster mother left the baby and two other foster children, ages 2 and 3, in the house alone while she drove eight miles to East Middle School and back to pick up two of her biological children. She told police that when she returned, the baby was gone. Her husband was out of town.
